What a night!!!!

Last night was girls night as it is every Thursday, I go with my sister and mum to one of our local pubs, White Swan in Greenhill village. Every Thursday they have a singer on, last night was a lady called Gee Carmichael and she was excellent. She had such an amazing voice and sings such a wide variety of songs, my favourite from last night was Part of This World from The Little Mermaid film. As she sang this the hairs on my arms stood on end.
Overall it was a great night.

Wednesday I went to my nieces first sports day, (this is Charlotte in one of her races), it was lovely to watch all the children taking part and quite funny at times when some of them added in their own extra bits to the races.
They had a parents race but as my sister has a bad knee I volunteered - we had to do a skipping race (I haven't skipped for years!!!) and then a relay race - I think the adults were more competitive than the children - after we were allowed to stay for lunch so we had a picnic on the school field - it was such a lovely day.

Norton Players

Last night I went to an operatic society - Norton Players. It was the first meeting for the Christmas Pantomime, was just a reading session (we read Sleeping Beauty) so will have to see what the pantomime will be, I'm quite excited about it all.
The meetings are held in Coal Aston at their Village Hall http://www.jcbnet.e7even.com/index.htm.

I'm not going to go for a main part this time as I need to build up my confidence!!!

Yesterday watched the England match with a lot of drunken people, I was sober!!!! can't drink for 4 days because on antibiotics.
Don't think we'll win the whole thing but we can give it a go!!!!
After match went home and watched Portugal match (that was an absolute joke!!!)
Well looks like the weekend is sorted with watching the England v Portugal match.

I absolutley love Thursdays, I go out just to the local pub with my big sis and my mum, they have a singer on each week (or so some of them like to call themselves!!!)
My sister usually ends up drunk and making everyone laugh!!! it's such a good night.

I've been to the dentist today after about 11 years (oops) a wisdom tooth is coming through and I'm in agony, now got antibitoics but not starting them yet as the dentist and the nurse insisted I don't drink on them.

Going to an 18th birthday party tomorrow - don't know the girl who's it is, it's a friends daughter of my partners mum!!! we've been invited so will show our faces for a while.

well I'm new to this, thought I'd give it a go cause my sister raves about 'blogging', I'm currently at her house looking after my niece and nephew, both tucked up in bed (although got to wake nephew to feed him in a mo) he's only 5 months - well almost. My niece is 5 this year.
Unfortunately not been up to much today apart from work, then came to sisters - I've been watching some of the Spain - v - Tunisia match but got quite bored, although I do enjoy watching football. When I get the hang of what to do on here I'll post some pics but for now must go and feed the little man.
